If you wish to return an item, you must always register it in advance and within 14 days of receipt. You can register your return with one of our employees by calling +31 (0)88 52 51 555. You will then receive a return number and a return form. These are essential for processing your return. Items that are not registered in advance cannot be processed.
Never return items yourself
After registering your return, one of our employees will create a collection order. This means our carrier will pick up the item at your location. Never send items back yourself. Items sent back independently cannot be processed.

Please pack the items you wish to return in a way that prevents damage during transport.

To return an item, please follow the procedure below:

Provide the order and item number, and the reason for the return.

You will then receive a return form by email with a return number.

Print this form and include it with the item to be returned.

Our employee will create a collection order for the carrier.

Packing and shipping

Pack the items so that they cannot be damaged during transport.

Insert the printed and completed return form in the box.

The package will be collected by our carrier.

Processing and crediting

Once we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation by email.

If the return meets the specified conditions, you will receive a credit note or a replacement shipment will be sent.
Returning items for repair under warranty
If the item you wish to return needs repair and is still within the warranty period, please contact one of our employees. In consultation with you, the item will be collected and sent to the manufacturer. Once repaired, it will be returned to you. If the repair falls outside the warranty period, please contact us as well.
